Return Policy

We understand things happen, which is why The Creator’s Gallery is dedicated to making the return process simple. We want you to have a great shopping experience from creation to completion! If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

First, a few details:

• Returns must be accompanied by all original components.
• Your order confirmation e-mail and physical card are required to complete an in-store return or exchange
• Returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged for different product or an in-store credit.
• In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, The Creator’s Gallery reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Policies (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
• Gift cards cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
